Day 10
Late Afternoon — Jimbaran Beach
Jimbaran Beach
I took the side gate from the resort and walked over to the beach - it probably took less than 10 mins. It had an amazing sunset view, perfect for some unwinding time after a long day at work.
Evening — Rock Bar
Rock Bar
Rock Bar was one of the popular sunset destinations in Jambaran, offering great ocean views (sunset will probably be perfect too). The food & drinks were priced on the higher side, but the food was way below average which was disappointing. The service was slow too, and orders were missing or went wrong. Probably due to the large crowd during dinner time. Definitely not a place for foodies, but more of someone who like scenic view and chill vibes.
Day 11
Afternoon — Around Jimbaran
It was my last day in Bali and had some time to explore Jimbaran on foot before the late evening flight.
Maxpress Jimbaran Coin Laundry
If you're looking for a place to wash your clothes in Jimbaran - this coin laundry was quite a reasonable place to do so. The staff were helpful too, but do note that they can't help to transfer your clothes to the dryer or collect them, so you need to be there to do it yourself.
We passed by this Jenggala Flagship Store, which seems to be a good place for shopping.
Parlour Me Beauty Salon Jimbaran
I wanted to do some hair treatment to save my tired hair from this long trip, and found this place on google map. They were very nice to allow me without appointment and assigned me to someone right away. The hair treatment was average, massage was ok, but the styling was fun - the staff recommended a style for me and it turned out well.
Nails Story Studio Samasta Lifestyle Village
There was still 1-2 hours before I catch the grab to the airport and decided to go for a mani & pedicure! The price was reasonable and the staff were friendly. I couldn't wait for the nail polish to dry and the staff were worried and tried their best to help me to avoid destroying the polish (which I eventually did). I would recommend the pedicure over manicure, they were very thorough in filing and cleaning it off.
Evening — Airport
Caught a pretty sunset at the resort lobby while waiting for the grab to arrive.
Got an expensive bowl of udon for dinner at the airport (it costed more than my grab ride). But the prawns were deep fried just right.
Great way to end the long trip with a bowl of fried rice on the SQ flight. Till next time!
