[US; 2019] 5 Eateries in New York

If you're planning a trip to New York and lost with all the choices - here the 5 places I visited which may be helpful in either starring or removing it from your list! (I went a couple of bars but didn't manage to note down their name)
1. Brendans Bar & Grill
Address: 42 W 35th St, New York, NY 10001, USA (Google Map)American fare in historical setting. This tavern in a redone historic space from 1903 serves pub grub standards & a few Irish dishes.

The food was average and the service was meh. I think there are better restaurants out there to serve better pasta in good service.

2. Sottocasa Pizzeria
Address: 298 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11201, USA (Google Map)A cozy store that serves thin crust pizzas from a wood-fired oven!

Extensive menu!

Prosciutto e Melone! A classic Italian dish of dry-cured ham with melons. The ham was raw but it surprisingly melts like Sashimi!

Caprese! Another Italian dish that made of sliced fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and sweet basil. It was an interesting combination!

Probably this is Salsiccia! We had too much pizzas on the table that I can't remember which is what. But the pizzas were soft and juicy, not like those dry pizzas we had back home!

3. Roof at Park South
Address: 125 E 27th St, New York, NY 10016, USA (Google Map)A popular rooftop bar with New York skyline views! Enjoy their cocktails & Mediterranean food! The queue was kinda long - probably a 15-20 mins wait. Remember to bring along your identification documents for age verification!

The crowd at 5-6ish - it was party time in New York.

Nice drink with a nice view (;

4. District Social
Address: 252 W 37th St, New York, NY 10018, USA (Google Map)

Vintage vibe serving the great food (drinks too) you can find in NYC!
It was tough to decide what to eat with this one page menu - everything sounded good.

As everything sounded good - we ended up ordering a table of food! There were Grilled Octopus, Roasted Chicken, Pork Chops, Duck Breast, Goat Cheese Croquette and many others! One of the my highly recommended eating places in NYC!

5. L’Adresse
Rather atas cafe serving American style comfort food.
Address: 5 Bryant Park, 1065 6th Ave, New York, NY 10018, USA (Google Map)I had Benedict with Ham! It was rather fluffy but I got quite sick with the creamy tasted after a while. But this cafe is definitely a good place to chill with a couple of friends.
