[HK; 2022] Nights out at the Peak & Wan Chai

An impromptu decision to go for the Hong Kong night skylines - the Peak & Wan Chai!

1. The Peak

This was the last 2-3 tram going up the peak... got an empty tram to enjoy the steep ride up!

As we thought we were lucky, the weather brought us back to reality - it was foggy.

The observatory deck was closed and the shops were closed too. The staff told us, we were lucky in the sense we cannot see anything - that's an experience too! Thankfully (kind of?), there was a mall next to the observatory deck building which the staff told us we may get access and see something on the trop level.

And poof we went to the top level...

Yes, we saw fairy lights :)

And basically nothing else.

Since we had nothing to see, time to get down the peak and took the bus down since it was cheaper. Just follow the signs everywhere.

It was a small bus, like what you usually see in those Hong Kong dramas.

2. Wan Chai

Not giving up on things - headed over to Wan Chai. And the sky was so clear (what's wrong with The Peak's weather? XD)

Surprising, it was a nice walk from one end to another end, passing by the ferries wheel, exhibition center and ferry terminals. Started from Central Star Ferry Pier to Wan Chai Temporary Promenade; approximately 45 minutes walk.

My heart was full with the pretty night city skylines :)
