[ID; 2022] Batam Day 3

 Batam Day 3

Just a short adventure before taking the ferry back home.

That morning I made sure I woke up slightly early to get breakfast :)

1. Local shopping

We headed to the local market right infront of the hotel and realised it was a flea market:
Sungai Jodoh Night Market

Although google mentioned it is a night market, but it was more crowded in the day. Everyone was selling like second hand clothes, used luggage and etc. Even used mobile phones from some years back. Would be an interesting ground if you're a fan of it.

2. Nagoya Hill Mall

Nagoya Hill Mall

This feels like the must go mall in Batam despite it being a little old. I believe Singaporean loves to come here for the spa & massage.

Since there are so many new malls out there, it is not a must to go for Batam anymore.

3. Lunch

Anchor Cafe & Roastery
Recommended by a peer to visit this cafe!

Definitely a very instagrammable place and they food were served in huge portions!
We were so shocked by the portion - especially the slice of pie. Had to takeaway because it was too much. Recommend to try their pies and chicken tenders!

This marks the end of the short batam trip!
