[TH; 2023] Day 6 - Bangkok | DONKI Mall \ Here Hai \ CPS Coffee \ Chatuchak
Day 6 was a foodie day out in the city!
1. DONKI Mall Thong Lor
DONKI Mall Thong Lor
We took the hotel free shuttle to the Donki Mall! The mall was rather small and very similar to any Donki store around the world.
They also provide shuttle service from the stations:

2. Here Hai
Our main reason getting the ride to Donki wasn't to go there, but the food a street across!
Here Hai เฮียให้
There was a queue outside the shop.. but the tip was to find this book at the front of the queue and write your name down. This book was the "real queue". Many people were queuing without having their names written down.
It took slightly more than an hour to get into the shop, and we order a few dishes to try:
The food were pretty average - not much wow factor (maybe just the egg) and surprisingly they got cold quite quickly.

I wouldn't recommend unless you really wanted some seafood and rice... and happened to be nearby. Yes, I'm rather picky eater.
3. Ekamai
There are a cluster of shops further down the road with Big C, Starbucks and many local brands. We managed to find some affordable and practical stuffs to buy back home.

A local brand that sells similar stuffs like Daiso:
4. CPS Coffee Flagship
We didn't had any free shuttle, and taking Grab for such a short (but long) distance was quite wasteful. So we decided to walk back to our hotel to drop off our shopping stuffs. We pinned a pit stop, which is a cafe:
CPS Coffee Flagship Thonglor Sukhumvit 53
The interior and exterior design of the cafe is rather cool!
They had some seasonal cakes, so we got something Christmas!
Overall taste and experience was quite nice, if only the staff can be a little more welcoming will be great.
5. Chatuchak
We were leaving Bangkok on the weekend, where we figured out we will not have time for Chatuchak, but what is Bangkok without it?
Did some research and we found out that Chatuchak has partial of market open on Friday evening!
Actually, I personally liked coming on Friday evening, less crowded and it was much more cooling. Some food that we had for the night!
Roasted pork:
Mango Sticky Rice with Coconut Ice Cream:
Salmon skin in sweet chill sauce:
Pork Ball:
6. Bamee Kon Sae Lee
Before heading back, we grabbed some noodles after exiting the Thong Lo BTS station:

The noodles were still chewy even after a long time in the hotel room - recommended!
That marks our last full day in Bangkok!
