[JP; 2025] Day 4-6 - Tokyo | Toyomicho \ Harumi \ Tokyo Tower \ Roppongi
This will be a consolidated post for Day 4-6 as I started attending meetings for work through the day.
Day 4
Lunch — Tokyo Station

Grill Swiss Tokyo Eki
A famous curry chain in Tokyo - was lucky to be able to try it before the Tokyo Station outlet closed.

Tokyo Station was quite nice to shop or grab some last minute gifts. I passed by this Lawson and the chicken shirts were so cute that I got them home.
Day 5
Morning — Toyomicho & Harumi

Chill Cafe Tokyo

Dropped by this cafe for breakfast and the lady owner was superb friendly. The food were yummy and the chocolate was good. Definitely a superb chill place.
Toyomicho & Harumi were built from reclaimed land and were in the pipeline becoming a futuristic urban district. There were many high-rise residential towers around the area, yet it gave a very peaceful and nice livable vibe. If you would like to escape from the bustling city but doesn't want to head out too far - Toyomicho & Harumi will be the best place to hang out.
If you travel a bit further it will make a perfect day trip around that area: there is the popular teamLab & Toyosu Market just a bridge away; followed by the Gundam & shopping near Daiba station, and end of day by taking the train on Yurikamome Line to cross the Rainbow Bridge during sunset timing or evening - amazing evening view of the Tokyo city.

There was a local supermarket around the area. The items were priced slightly lower than the city. Great place to stock up!

And I tried my first Lawson fried chicken over there - both original & soya based. I preferred the original more which was really yummy and highly recommended!
Day 6
Morning — Breakfast

Udon Oniyanma Nihonbashiおにやんま 日本橋店
Had breakfast at this crowded local udon stall - something unique about this place was there were no seats. You need to slurp the noodles while standing! I would say it tasted quite average bowl of udon, but it seems to suit local tastebuds more.
Early Evening — Tokyo Tower

Azabudai Hills麻布台ヒルズ
We alighted at Kamiyachō Station and walk towards Tokyo Tower. Passed by this Azabudai Hills which was a popular shopping place. Didn't have the chance to explore since we were rushing for the sunset view.

Despite visiting Tokyo for many times - this was my first time going for the observatory and it totally worth the ticket value. There were two types of tickets - and we just went for the lower floor option which they called it the main deck. We were extremely lucky that the skies were clear and we could even see Mt Fuji.

MOS Burger at the Tokyo Tower even had a burger tower!

Pretty tower in the dark night!
Evening — Roppongi

Last glimpse of Tokyo Tower while we walked into Roppongi area.

Unagi can be quite expensive in Tokyo - but we managed to find a good review affordable unagi place in Roppongi! The staff were quite friendly and taught us the best way to enjoy the meal. We ordered the average Unagi set and the expensive Unagi set to test out the difference. And we were pleasantly surprised that they did had some slight difference - the expensive Unagi was much tender and has fragrant taste!

Ended my last night in Tokyo with big shopping bags!
