Morning — Tokyo Station

Tokyo Station Marunouchi Building

It was my first time visiting the main building of the Tokyo Station facing the Marunouchi Street. The original red building facade dating back to 1914, quite spectacular!

The JR station located in the building does a couple of giveaways regularly, so make sure to check them out!

Torisanwa Yaesu Underground Shopping Mall

We wanted to grab some early lunch before heading to the airport and saw this chicken restaurant which was offering a good lunch deals. I completely loved the grilled chicken skirt meat - it ended my Tokyo trip perfectly.

Tokyo Character Street

We actually came to the character street a couple days back but the shops weren't open in the morning, most of them opens 10ish am. Happy shopping some small gifts before we head back to the hotel to collect our luggage. Perks of staying near in the Tokyo Station - able to visit the station a couple of times during the trip.

We stopped by the 7-11 near the hotel to print out our trip photos into postcards! We bought the toy camera in 3Coins and a memory card from Daiso - and had been capturing travel moments using it. It was easy to print - just insert the memory card into the printer machine and follow the steps to get it printed. No need to register any app and it costed just 40yen per postcard (prepare coins) - we chose the 3 x 2 format as we felt it was the best - it was a steal! Highly recommended activity to do in Japan!

This marks the end of my Tokyo leg - 2 more cities to adventure right after this!
