[AU; 2022] Tasmania - Mount Wellington

Mount Wellington is the must do touristy thing in Tasmania, Hobart City!

Going up the mountain is easy and fuss free, all you need to do is to do a bus trip up.

Wait for the bus at the specific pickup bus stop, don't be late, and the bus driver will be your guide to mark your attendance. Reservation in advance is required!

Bus is quite comfy and the ride wasn't that long, approx. 20-30 mins to get to the top of the mountain.

Get ready all the snow gears (if you're visiting in the winter), it will be brrrr cold, 10 degrees lower!

The guide made a quick stop at the waterfall - I couldn't remember why... but excited to see bits of snow at the halfway mark up the mountain!

Once you are up at the mountains (winter time), be greeted by the snow and the awesome view! I will let the photos do the talk.

And of course every snow trip needs a snowman activity! There are some part of the mountain (which your guide will tell you) safe for some snow playing activities.

I would say the time given by the tour is a little tight - me as a solo traveler didn't had enough time to take photos and play with the snow. I can totally imagine if you're going as a group, time management will be the most difficult part - where everyone goes excited seeing snow (maybe it is only for travelers like me who lives in the tropics). If you can drive up the mountain on your own, will be good, otherwise just join this tour and watch out for the time!
